Sri Lanka 500 Rupees Serial# B/4 370524, B/20 122436
Banknotes were shipped to Ryan Vuong, 2112 Red Brangus Trail, Fort Worth, Texas 76131, United States via Singapore Post on June 14, 2019.
On July 31, 2019, bennyv999 opened "Item Not Received" cases (ebay case# 5205265339, 5205265542, 5205265536, 5205265528, 5205265522, 5205265573, 5205265558, 5205265553, 5205265549, 5205265586) and ebay subsequently closed the cases on August 10, 2019 and fully refunded him by deducting US$890.49 from our PayPal account.
On September 1, 2025, we discovered he was listing some of the banknotes he bought from us (and claimed as not received) for sale on ebay. The serial numbers in the listings match the serial numbers of the banknotes we sent him.
Evidently, Ryan Vuong did receive the order eventually but did not notify us about it. Our lawyers have already placed the above links and ebay case numbers and details into evidence.
We wrote to him to make payment to us since he clearly received the banknotes. Instead of being an honest seller, Ryan Vuong failed to make payment but removed the above ebay listings (listings can still be viewed on ebay), further proving his guilt.
We are in the process of reporting this fraud to our entire database of customers and dealers.
We will also be reporting these banknotes with their serial numbers to IBNS to be published as stolen in their next issue.
We will also report these banknotes to the "Banknote Book" so they can be updated as stolen.
PMG will also be informed that this individual sent to them stolen banknotes for grading.
These banknotes are reported to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Proceed with caution to purchase banknotes from this ebay seller bennyv999 because other listed banknotes may be stolen as well. Stolen banknotes may be confiscated by the authorities, even if you paid for them.
These are the items we shipped to Ryan Vuong as one shipment:
